I was able to get my windows media center pc (Windows XP version) up to around channel 100 of my local cable TV provider’s service. I assume it would depend on both your TV tuner card and your software, also I was going direct from the wall, if you put a cable box in between you should get more as your tuner card and software will remain on channel 3 as your TV would.

i think you are talking about just the software tv for pc theirs alot on it but 3/4 of them don’t work and the others are in arabic,chinese language go to readon.tv or justin tv the software your talking about is a scam they get their channels from hulu and other free sites but you can do it the same way but not pay any money.please save your money and go the the two sites i gave you

Stop for a moment. Did you compare among the different software packages available? Each has its own set of channels.
