I want to webcast one where I, at no BS product from the TV and then go tear a hole, since it is essentially false advertising and dose not nearly as good as the dose TVJetzt I know I probably can not come and say, “commercial committing false advertising “, but I can actually trade and compare it with my experience sein.I just looking for my legal protection in this situation.

Does*
and yes you can say it is committing false advertising
Furthermore, its a great idea, so go through with it!
You should also try and go into stores, big brand name stores and get on camera how they try and screw the consumer into buying stuff they dont need.

The only defense for slander is the truth. If you say the product doesn’t work the way it was advertised, then it doesn’t. If the company cannot prove you are lying, then you are fine. You can also get in touch with Consumer Affairs, if a company gets enough complaints against it consumer affairs will close them down.

Just remember, the truth is not slander. Preface your statements with “In my experience”. Don’t exaggerate nor go beyond your experiences.
